On-Site Consultation — £90 up to 1 hour (+VAT)

  • Phone & video consultations are always free

Project Rate — £290 up to 3 hours for one organiser (+VAT)

  • Additional hour £90/hour per organiser (+VAT)

Shopping & Design Fee — £150 flat rate (+VAT)

  • If supplies to be purchased on your behalf exceed £500, an additional shopping rate of 20%+VAT will be implemented

  • Products are chosen specifically for your space, your measurements, your needs. We never bring products that have not been specifically selected for you, and approved by you.

  • Product supplies are a direct reimbursement of the retail price (RRP) and based on your budget and preferences.

Donations — £40 (+VAT)

  • Arrangement of pick-up after decluttering

Waste Disposal

  • If you wish to dispose of items which charities cannot collect, we can arrange for a third party waste carriers to come for a fee.

As members benefit from discounted rates, spaces are limited and restricted only to our previous clients.

Monthly Membership

  • Enjoy a minimum of 12 hours of organising each month (for a minimum of 6 months).

  • As a monthly member, you’ll benefit from a 10% discount on our hourly rate, as well as priority booking.

  • This plan is perfect if you are looking for a cost-effective way to have your whole home organised. Monthly visits allow us to better understand your household’s needs.

  • Save £1900+ annually.

Quarterly Membership

  • Enjoy a minimum of 12 hours of organising each quarter (for a minimum of 1 year).

  • As a quarterly member, you’ll benefit from a 5% discount on our hourly rate, as well as priority booking.

  • This plan is perfect if you have just a few spaces to organise or if you just need help maintaining previously organised systems

  • Save £300+ annually.

Memberships FAQs

  • 12 hours+ of organising per month or quarter at a discounted rate.

    You can lock in this discounted rate all year long if other projects come up.

    First priority in advance scheduling.

    Direct access to Caroline via text to ask questions or troubleshoot issues between sessions.

    A comprehensive whole-home consultation culminating in a detailed plan for organisation and product selections for each space (about 10 hours of behind-the-scenes work for each membership client).

  • The overall cost will vary from project to project, depending on your spaces. Monthly members benefit from a 10% discount on our hourly rates, and quarterly members from a 5% discount. Annually, monthly members will save £1900+ and quarterly members will save £300+.

    A one-time, in-person whole home consultation fee of £90+VAT will be charged up front.

    Product costs are in addition to the organising fees. These costs vary by project, but a detailed quote will be put together for you after the initial consultation.

  • Monthly members: £1209.60 due at the beginning of each month (equivalent to 12 hours of organising, discounted by 10%)

    Quarterly members: £1276.80 due at the beginning of each quarter (equivalent to 12 hours of organising, discounted by 5%)

    After each organisation session, a final invoice will be prepared, reflecting any additional hours spent organising during the month and covering the cost of any organisation products.

  • You can cancel your membership at any time, with a minimum notice of 2 weeks before the next scheduled organisation session.

    Please note that a cancellation fee of £550 will apply to monthly membership, and £350 to quarterly membership
