Project Managers

Project Managers are the ones that make the magic happen on organising jobs. They are imperative to the success of every project.

    • Manage client organisation projects from initial walkthrough phase through product sourcing, client/vendor communication and oversight, and completion of project

    • Execute other duties related to the daily administration of the client projects 

    • A team player with ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment who can lead a team

    • A motivated, excited creative who is obsessive over details and focused on providing incredible customer service and business support

    • A hard worker that is willing and able to manage multiple projects and details at once

    • Must be ok with a flexible schedule & have consistent weekday availability

    • Must be solution oriented and have the ability to think out of the box

    • Give first class customer service, putting the needs of the clients before your own

    • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Must be professional in appearance and conduct

    • Must be able to problem-solve independently under pressure

    • Must have a strong interest in organising and design

    • Must have a computer and cell phone

    • Must have a car, auto insurance, and be able to store some items to take to clients’ locations

Lead Organisers & Organisers

Team Members are the hands that make the magic happen on organising jobs. They are imperative to the success of every project.

    • Be productive, flexible, focused, and willing to jump in whenever needed

    • Organise on location for client jobs

    • Sort and categorise client’s possessions for easy editing and organisation

    • Organise and create functional systems to meet clients’ needs using our Homefulness methodology, as directed by the Team Lead. Includes using appropriate products on hand and labelling.

    • Work in tandem with other Team Members and Team Lead to ensure that the most efficient process is carried out on each job

    • Maintain a tidy environment throughout the course of the job

    • Maintain professional behaviour on all jobs and act as a representative of the Homefulness brand

    • Must be ok with a flexible schedule

    • Comfortable working in client’s home, outside of an office environment and not a traditional 9 to 5

    • Must be solution oriented and have the ability to think out of the box

    • Give first class customer service, putting the needs of the clients before your own

    • Ability to separate your emotions from the client; this job can be emotional for clients, and it is important you are able to not let any personal emotions be shown unless at an appropriate time

    • Knowledge of organisation systems is not required but encouraged

    • Must be able to lift a minimum of 5 Kgs on a daily basis

    • Must be able to work standing on your feet for long periods of time
